cash on delivery
Pay in cash when your plant arrives — no card or online payment needed.
free over ₨5,000
Orders of ₨5,000 or more ship free. Below that, delivery is a flat ₨250.
karachi only, for now
We currently deliver across Karachi. Outside the city? Message us and we'll see what we can do.
double-boxed & braced
Every plant travels double-boxed with recycled packaging so it arrives upright and undamaged.

follow the care guide
Our guarantee covers plants cared for using our care guide — ungli test, right light, no over-watering.
one photo is all it takes
If it dies within 3 months of delivery, WhatsApp us a photo — we'll arrange a free replacement.
arrives damaged? same-day
Separately, if a plant arrives visibly damaged in transit, message us within 48 hrs for a same-day replacement.
what it doesn't cover
Pet or child damage, extreme neglect, or plants moved outdoors aren't covered — but we'll still help you troubleshoot.

what we collect
Just what's needed to deliver your order: your name, phone number, and delivery address entered at checkout.
whatsapp conversations
Care questions and order chats stay in WhatsApp between you and Maali — we don't add you to any broadcast list without asking.
we don't sell your data
Your details are used only to deliver and support your order. We never sell or rent them to third parties.
no payment data stored
Since every order is cash on delivery, we never collect or store card or bank details.

order acceptance
Placing an order is a request to buy — we confirm it over WhatsApp before it's dispatched.
cancellations
You can cancel or change an order any time before it's dispatched by messaging us on WhatsApp, free of charge.
pricing
Prices are in PKR and may change without notice, but the price shown at checkout is what you pay.
disputes
Any issue with an order — wrong item, damage, quality — is resolved directly over WhatsApp, no formal process needed.
